Chemical Peel
Here at Rose Clinic, we offer a range of Ultraceuticals and Obagi Medical chemical peels to suit a variety of skin concerns and needs.
Chemical peels consists of the application of one or more chemical agents to the skin’s surface in order to induce keratosis. The process causes the controlled destruction of the epidermis, results in the subsequent exfoliation of these layers. After wounding, regeneration and remodeling of the epidermis occur, leading to the improved appearance and texture of the treated skin.
As active ingredients are used in all our chemical peels, a slight tingling, itching, redness or heat may be experience on the skin during treatment.

Obagi Blue Radiance Peel – A quick, superficial salicylic acid-based facial peel that exfoliates and helps improve overall complexion. It provides tighter, smoother, brighter-looking skin after just 1 use. A series of 4 – 6 peels provide the best results. This peel helps improve multiple skins concerns, such as fine lines and wrinkles, rough and uneven skin, blemishes, and mild to moderate photoaging.
Prior to an Ultraceuticals treatment, a full consultation will be performed to assess the skin and devise a bespoke program for your concerns. A series of treatment along with home care will be required to achieve best results. Our Aesthetician will advise you on the best peel once assessing your skin.
Mandelic Peel – Mattify and Clear – The Mandelic Peel is a Alpha Hydroxy Acid (AHA) designed to provide skin clarity and deep cleanse. Ultraceuticals Mandelic Peel utilises a blend of Mandelic Acid, Niacinamide and Clove Oil. This peel is generally suited for oily, congested and problematic skins to target excess oil, and to cleanse and even skin appearance.
Lactic Peel – Hydrate and Firm – Ultraceuticals Lactic Peel is an Alpha Hydroxy Acid (AHA) that is suitable for normal and dry skin, and with early signs of ageing on the skin including fine lines, wrinkles and discolouration due to sun damage. This peel is designed to increase hydration and provide firmer looking skin.
A-Zyme Peel – Rejuvenate and Revitalise – A-Zyme Peel is a Retinol (Vitamin A) peel that has an added exfoliating ingredient, Bromelain to help brighten and provide overall rejuvenation to the look of your skin. Suitable for normal, dry, or oily skins concerned with sign of premature aging and uneven skin.
